Rep guide · v1Facebook Marketplace Auto-Poster
Your everything-guide to the tool that posts your whole lot to Facebook Marketplace from your own profile — and turns every buyer message into a lead in this dashboard. Install it once, sign in, and let it work while you sell.
Four steps, then it runs on its own. You stay the salesperson — the tool just fills the top of your funnel.
Download the app to your own computer and open it. One salesperson per machine.
A Facebook window opens — you log into your profile, one time. That's your identity on every listing.
Your inventory goes up on a safe, spaced-out schedule — no two reps posting the same car.
Every message a buyer sends is captured, tied to the car, and dropped into your pipeline. You get pinged.
Your cars go up automatically, buyers who message you land in your CRM automatically, and everything you'd want to know — who's posting, which cars pull the most interest, who owes a reply — shows up on one dashboard.
You download the app from inside your Command Center. Find your operating system below and follow that column.
In your Command Center, open Marketplace App in the left menu → click the big Download button. It automatically offers the right version for the computer you're on.
Use your own Command Center login and your own Facebook — never a shared one. Every car the app posts shows you as the seller, so buyers reach the right salesperson and your numbers are really yours.
Once it's set up, there's almost nothing to do. Open it, hit Start, keep it running.
Open the app and make sure Start Posting is running. If a Facebook window ever asks you to log back in, just sign in again — that keeps it alive.
It posts up to 20 cars a day, spaced about 5 minutes apart, only during business hours (9am–7pm on your computer's clock). It picks your higher-value and freshest inventory first, and never posts a car another rep is already posting.
The message is captured into your Leads panel and CRM pipeline, tied to the exact car they asked about. You reply and book the test drive — same as always. (AIVARA can later turn on an auto-first-reply, but that stays off until it's tested on your account.)
The app has to run on your own machine — Facebook blocks bots and datacenters, so this is what keeps your account safe and your posts looking human. Close the app or sleep your laptop and posting pauses until you open it again.
Everything the poster is doing shows here in real time — the same screen your manager sees.
Next to your name is a status telling you exactly what the poster is doing on your Facebook.
All good — actively putting cars up on schedule. The state you want to see most of the day.
Facebook asked it to slow down, so it's waiting out a short cooldown before the next post. Normal and healthy — nothing to do.
Outside business hours, or it already hit the daily cap. It picks back up on its own at the next window.
Facebook flagged the account, so it stopped on purpose to protect you. Don't force it — let AIVARA know and we'll sort it out.
You don't touch any of this — it's here so you know what the tool does for you. Green runs automatically; amber is something AIVARA turns on for your store once it's tested.
The whole tool is built to protect your Facebook account. A few rules keep it that way.
The handful of things that come up, and exactly what to do.
Expected for a newly published app — it's not a virus warning. Click More info, then Run anyway, and it installs normally.
If you downloaded it before and got a "cannot be verified" block, re-download the latest version from your Command Center — the current build is Apple-notarized and opens with just a normal Open prompt. If it still blocks, drag it into Applications first, then open it from there.
Check three things: the app is open, you're signed into Facebook in its window, and it's within business hours (9am–7pm). If the status says WAITING, it's just outside the window or done for the day. If a Facebook login window is open, sign in and it resumes.
Both are normal. Cooling means it's spacing posts out to stay safe; Waiting means it's outside hours or hit the daily cap. Neither needs anything from you — it resumes on its own.
Facebook flagged your account and the tool stopped to protect you. Don't force it back on. Tell AIVARA — we'll check the account and get you posting again safely.
Into your Leads panel and straight into your CRM pipeline, tied to the car the buyer asked about. You reply and book the test drive as usual — the tool just makes sure no inquiry slips through.
Yes. It posts and captures leads only while running on your machine. Closing it or sleeping your laptop pauses everything until you open it again.
Straight talk, so nothing surprises you.
